Great service, quick, fair price. Took time to explain the issue

I wanted to get a ductless, mini-split air conditioning system installed in my home. I interviewed people from 5 companies before I chose Long Lasting Services, Inc. For starters, all the reps from the other companies said that the ductless could not be installed in my house. When I spoke with Charlie, he assured me that it could be done without any difficulty and went on to tell me some of the positive aspects of ductless air conditioning. When it came time to install it, Charlie worked with two other guys. They were conscientious and hard-working; they worked all day and took off for less than a half hour for lunch. When their day should have ended, they said they'd be willing to continue working until the whole job was completed if that was okay by me. So they put in a few more hours and finished it up. They also cleaned up after themselves. I can't say enough about them. All three of them were such gentlemen. They did a phenomenal job on the air conditioners. Their prices were very reasonable. They finished the job in only one day. They are the best!!

Charlie did a wonderful Job installing my new Ac, furnace and water heater. They made sure they installed our new Ac right away. However they had to cancel on us several times due to over booking when it came time to finish the furnace and install my water heater. Over all I would recommend Charlie for future jobs.

Response was quick and able to call them or text was. Charlie was very pleasant and helpful. Gave us hints on how to optimize the air conditioning. Price was very reasonable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had to go and get the part.

Long Lasting Services, Inc replaced my central A/C evaporator coil. They did an excellent job, were finished quickly, were competitively priced and they never tried to sell any unnecessary parts or services. My A/C works like new, now. I highly recommend them.

Response was quick and so was the service. I did initial troubleshooting prior to the service but Charlie took it an extra notch and helped clean the condenser unit, double check for leaks, and gave me some extra pointers with the system. I'll be sure to touch base when the boiler needs maintenance.

Charlie was very knowledgeable about programing the Nest thermostat. Like most industries unforeseen circumstances cause late appointments, but Charlie let me know before the scheduled appointment time he was running late and gave me a new Eta and I appreciated that. He was very personable to both myself and my wife. Thank you Charlie for all your help!

Very professional, and know what there doing. Fixed my central air issue and even found a issue with my hot water heater. He's ordering the part needed and he's coming back to fix the issue. Definitely recommend them for future work...

Top Notch Professional Install ! They beat other installers quotes to death ! Very clean and neat inside and outside of my home. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't really need. Charlie came with his partner on time and was excellent to work with. They did a complicated ductless AC install using ceiling cassettes in 3 bedrooms. They were neat and clean as possible. They had great attention to detail and although it was a long day remained focused and did not rush at all. They took their time and did the job the right way. They answered my questions and were respectful of my home. I am glad I chose them for my install and would have no hesitation on using them again!

I contacted Long Lasting Services late at night when my heat wasnâ t working on a very cold day. They offered to come right away notifying me what it would cost at that time or come in the morning. Charlie & Danny came the next morning as promised and were very professional and knowledgeable. They also provided information and estimates for improvements on our heating system which we had requested. I would highly recommend this company and use them in the future.

They are very knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. Showed up on coldest day of the year & got the job done.

thermostat was not connecting to oil burner, they answered my request the same day and were able to fix the burner the next day. Great response time, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave small corrections on how to keep the burner running efficiently. Will definitely use them again.
