To correct the old, crooked walls, we needed to gut the bathroom down to the studs. Their salesperson assured us that it would be completely gutted and squared up. The installers worked 2 long days and were respectful of our home. Here?s what we got: ? The walls were not straightened. ? The walls and ceiling were never shimmed. ? The ceiling looks crooked. ? The tile isn?t level. ? The shower door hardware is crooked. ? The shower doors don?t hang straight. ? The caulk has holes in it. ? The vanity draws are crooked. ? The surround in the shower is curved. ? The floor is bowed. ? The sheetrock looks like scraps from other jobs and will need to be completely removed and replaced. ? I get water on my floor every time I shower. I paid $24,000 for this job and it looks like I spent $10,000. It?s a 5x6 bathroom. I called the project manager and he seemed interested in making things right. 2 weeks later when I did not hear from him, I called again have not heard from him since.

No. I was told that the shower paneling would be a certain height and it was not. There is a big 12 inch gap between the paneling and the ceiling. I called the sales representative to discuss. We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company.

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my recent experience with Long Home Products. I hired them to install a walk-in shower, and the installation process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, I was overcharged for the installation. Despite the high cost of 15k, I decided to proceed with the hope that I would receive a high-quality product and service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower has leaked every time I use it, causing significant frustration and inconvenience. I reached out to Long Home Products to report the issue, expecting them to stand by their work and offer a solution. However, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering Long Home Products for their home improvement needs to think twice. The combination of poor workmanship, overcharging, and lack of customer service has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review helps others avoid the same negative experience.

Installed the wrong shower doors Did not show up the day they were supposed to.. They say we would get Compensated for the time we lost from Work. And they damaged our Sheetrock in the Living room when they did the demolition tovthe Tub / Shower The Biggest problem is we call and they always say someone will call back and NO ONE DOES IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING. ....

Prompt scheduling. Workers on time, competent, and tidy. Work completed on schedule.
