Very thorough inspection, very knowledgeable. Inspected the house for over six hours, took time to talk about possible problems if not corrected.

Danny was prompt, professional, and thorough. He explained everything in detail as he was going along plus he took pictures of all the issues. The quality of work along with the customer service was average. I was disappointed primarily because Danny spends a lot of time speaking highly of his services and speaking badly of his competitors. After utilizing his services I felt that everything he did was very standard across the board as he didn't really do any more or less than other inspectors have done in the past and charged much higher.

Danny was friendly and professional he explained everything in detail as he was going along. I would recommend Danny to anyone that is needing a Home Inspection. I know that if I ever need another Home inspection his number is on speed dail.

Very friendly it was like having a buddy there

While he took a lot of time and appeared to be very thorough, I feel it was not necessary to spend so much time in many areas. Many construction aspects were noted as normal wear and tear, and things like loose floor panels on 2nd story were not even noted. Not long enough ladder to climb on the roof.

Very thorough and knowledgeable

We used a general contractor to build our home. We had a few concerns about the final product so we brought Longhorn in to do the final inspection before we paid the final bill. Longhorn confirmed some of our concerns but more importantly surfaced many more issues we didn't know about. Tremendous return on the very reasonable price we paid for a very thorough inspection. I also learned a great deal about my house and building standards from following Danny around...very willing and capable teacher. I would highly recommend Longhorn.

Danny was wonderful! He took his time and explained everything to me ensuring that I completely understood everything he was telling me. He even gave me some helpful hints that I can do myself once the house is complete! I plan on using him again for our inspection prior to closing and again before our warranty expires.

I was hugely impressed. Danny did an incredibly thorough inspection of the home I had placed an offer on. He spent 6 hours on the property, and talked me through all the issues very clearly. I felt fully confident that he had my interests as the buyer at heart. As a result of his inspection I withdrew from the house purchase, because of the significant issues he was able to find. I'm not sure a less thorough inspection would have raised them. I will absolutely use him again for any future inspections.

Danny was absolutely great. I was unable to attend the review of our condo inspection that Danny performed, but my wife recorded a lot of what he said. He was super friendly and made my wife feel very comfortable about a nerve-wracking situation. She has made a point to tell me that she wishes Danny could be with her at ANY large purchase! Something to note: when most inspectors told us that it shouldn't take any longer than 1-1.5 hours for the 1k sq ft condo we're looking to buy, he quoted us around 5 hours. It took about 4-5 hours (can't remember exactly), but he found literally EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE ITEM that one could find. The realtor was also very shocked at the time that was quoted, but when we we forwarded the extremely detailed inspection report to the him he was thrilled. The realtor told me he really liked Danny and would be suggesting him for inspections to his future clients. Danny is not the guy if you want a fast inspection. That being said, he explained every single item to my wife in enough detail that she could totally understand and then relate back to me. His inspection report was thorough and gave me and the realtor enough information to absolutely justify the cost of the inspection. Thanks Danny!
