Used them for some basic bathroom repairs and all was okay. A few weeks later had an emergency repair request. they committed to and than time came around for arrival, made up one lie after another about why it couldn't be done time. waited until Sunday afternoon to advise of their no show plan for Monday morning. Called Dan's Excavating at 7pm on a Sunday. They called in a emergency request for Miss Dig and were at my house Monday morning at 8am with excavator and were packing up to leave at 1pm, repair complete, new trench filled and less than 1/2 the price of that original quoted by Longhorn. Rude, unprofessional behavior and words from both Hunter, the owner, and his wife Erica. Hate to expose a new local company, but they are not worth your call if you expect quality, professional work and behavoir. Hunter is an absolute pathetic joke of a new business owner. To bad for this family. AVOID.

I has another plumbing company at my home on Saturday to unclog a kitchen drain. After 3 hours and running 75 feet of snaking my drain, they left with my drain still clogged. Longhorn came with a Hydro Jet system and my drain was open and plumbing put back together in an hour. Their experience and professionalism was outstanding! They are the best!!

I had roots in my drain and the process from start to finish was excellent! I would highly recommend using Longhor and supporting a veteran owned business!
