Mark and his crew came to my house and replaced my gas water heater. They encountered unexpected issues and were still able to finish the job in a timely, professional manner. Mark also did some additional work and did not charge me due to my own personal circumstances. I was pleased with the work and the way that I was treated.

We called this company late on a Sunday afternoon and they were still able to fit us in. I was able to text a photograph of the issue to them to give them an idea of what was wrong and they quoted us a reasonable price to fix an issue with the shut off valve (the pipes were installed in the 50s). They even offered to finish the sink repair (again for a price that was reasonable). It s too bad I can t use them for my other property across town! They worked wonders.

They should do camera drain clog first, don't do the job and then want to charge another 425.00 to use camera after they already charge me 325.00 to unclog but that it did not work. I still cannot use the bathroom because when I use the washing machine it over flows in the bathroom.

We hired Longs to replace a shower system in our master bathroom, and I am very happy we did. Excellent communication, reasonable cost, arrived to work as promised, but best of all, we love the shower. Mark - thank you for doing such a good job for us. The quality of your workmanship shines through.

I have used them before. They did the pluming for my kitchen remodel. That time the remodeling contractor had used them. This time I needed a shower valve repaired. They were excellent. I can’t say enough good things about them. The owners wife who does the scheduling and handles the phones kept me updated on when they would arrive, any delays and was very considerate.

I accidently dropped a screw driver done the waterdrain that connects to the toilet. Mark removed the screw driver without charge. He did a great job installing the new toilet and repairing the other. I would definitely use them again, very pleased!

Mark Long and his crew came to the rescue after we were "stood up" by another contractor. They were fast, professional, reasonably priced and also recommended an awesome drywall repair man to replace our ceiling which was damaged by the leak. We are very impressed all the way around, will use them again and would highly recommend them to our friends.

A very good friend of mine found himself in a desperate situation with a major plumbing issue recently. There was a leak in his water main, and he was unable to pay for services. Both of his parents had passed away over the past 3 months, and he is unemployed and about to have his childhood family home taken away from him. Denise and Mark were contacted to see if they could offer some assistance. Mark and his team arrived at my friend's house in an hour and assisted him, even giving him parts that he would need, all free of charge, all from the goodness in their hearts. They saw a man in need and they responded, without question or hesitation. We are forever grateful. Forever.

From start to finish, Mark Long and his crew did a first rate job replacing our bathtub and installing new tile in our second floor bathroom. His family-run business always communicated with us to let us know when they'd be at the house, the status of the job and to answer any questions we had. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Mark Jr. was very professional, arrived promptly to fix my plumbing emergency. He fixed a problem on our water heater, on a Friday evening. Long's did not charge us "overtime" or weekend rates as a different plumbing service wanted to do. Everything is working great now. Would definitely use them again.

I was on a very tight schedule for a remodel project to convert a room into a new master bedroom. Getting the rough plumbing completed was the key to keeping the whole project on schedule. Long's Plumbing came through for me. I was managing the project remotely, and Mark Long was very helpful. He helped to guide me to do a few things different and much better from the original plan. The team members from Long's were at the project when Mark said they would be and they were done with the work when promised. The quality of the work done by Long's is excellent. I have a bit of construction experience, and I learned a couple new tricks from Mark. I really appreciated working with Mark and all the guys from Long's Plumbing!

Mark and his son show up on time and thoroughly inspect and look for the water leak and find out it was the bathtub. I believe this bathtub it was the original bathtub since 1961. They where very polite and professional. Mark told me is a family business with over 10 years experienced. His wife Denise was very polite and keep me inform on every step of the repairs, even one afternoon call me and gave me some suggestions after the tile installation. He quote me for the bathtub, plumbing, tile and window replacement all together, he has other subcontractors working with him to get the job done. My house has only one bathroom and the work was complete very fast, only took them 4 days to complete. The job looks very professional, and the bathroom looks very good. I will recommend and will use this company again.

This is a family run business. The father and son do the plumbing work and the wife/mother takes calls and does scheduling. They are very nice people. Very professional, and friendly and on time. Their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future.
