Lee was able to accomodate an inspection requestion on very short notice. He was highly communicative with my agent throughout the process. His report was extremely thorough and he took fantastic photos of not only the problem areas of the house, but also standard features of the house with no problems. His report was easy to follow and helped me prioritize the various items in the house that needed to be addressed. I am very grateful for his work and would absolutely work with him again in the future.
