My wife and I saw Longstone had great reviews, so we got an inspection for our first, existing home that we were buying, and all the positive reviews were accurate! Lee's report was very thorough and detailed. He included photos with all his findings, which made negotiating and referencing much easier. Not only that, he also offered possible ways the problems could be fixed and gave many references for the right people to fix it (if it required a professional). This was quite a great resource for us as first time home buyers who don't know much about house repairs yet. He also continued to check in with us and offered to answer any questions about the reports we had. We highly recommend using Longstone for your inspections!

Excellent inspection conducted by Mr. Langston. The complete home inspection was BEYOND thorough. Furthermore, I appreciate Lee walking through both major and minor issues on the inspection report. Additionally, Mr. Langston remained engaged throughout the closing process and willing to help even in the final days of closing. I would use Mr. Langston again in a heart beat.

Lee was super excellent. Very responsive on the initial call and thorough in the report. Longstone performed a pre-drywall inspection and a final . There were things noted that only a professional would have caught. The final report gave us a piece of mind. I would recommend!

Lee was able to accomodate an inspection requestion on very short notice. He was highly communicative with my agent throughout the process. Lee agreed to do our home inspection on short notice after the inspector we had hired got hurt and couldn't perform the service. He was very communicative with me, did the work when he said he was and returned a thorough report in a timely fashion. In addition to the home inspection he contracted with subs to perform a termite inspection and a well and septic inspection. All his subs returned their reports in a timely manner as well. When I went back to the seller with items to be corrected based on the inspection, they addressed every single one, which suggests to me that Lee's findings were valid and worth noting. I recommend Longstone Inspection Services to anyone who reads this.
