Lonnie's Mobile Lockout

Although I provided requested photographs and detailed information pertaining the types of existing door locks that I had and what I wanted to have done, the price quoted ended up being higher than what I was told it would be, and the company wasn't able to do exactly what I asked to be done at the time I accepted the quote. I understand that estimates are estimates and can change due to unforeseen circumstances, however I was left feeling that I received a lower estimate in order to get my business. The work that was actually done, I'm satisfied with. Perhaps just a slight misunderstanding between the pictures I submitted and the change in price, but I would not use the company again due to the amount of the price change.

Lonnie was great. He was Efficient and made sure lock was working properly and that we understood the nuances of our lock before leaving.

Very personable and reasonable with his rates but most of all he knew what he was doing so many techs that come in your home don't know what they are doing and cause bigger problems so thank god for Lonnie
