Took forever for them to get samples and than only allowed one type, than took 4 week to do them and of 6 chairs only done 3. than other 3 done per then but they did not turn out right and was going to do them. They brought them back and the backs were not right and took them back to correct and when brought them back the one was not right and he came back in a couple of days with glue and said that was all it needed. This took over 3 and a half months.

This was such a pleasant experience. Matt came out, figured our why the door of our armoire was sticking. He called me the next day with an extremely reasonable quote to do the work. He came back when he said he would and fixed the door as good as new!! Very professional job as well as his demeanor. Before he left, I asked Matt to take a look at a different armoire to see if he could custom make a shelf for it. He took measurements and in a few weeks returned with a beautifully made shelf that fit perfectly in the armoire. Thanks Angie for helping me find Lontz Custom Woodworks.

I would highly recommend Lontz Custom Woodworks. I dealt with Matt Lontz and 2 of his associates. Everyone was very polite, respectful, and friendly with my animals (which is important to me). I was offered options, given estimates in advance, and any questions I had during the process were answered fully. Looking forward to further work with them in Spring.
