The windows turned out great. Can now clearly see the beautiful fall colors. Zac was very accommodating, professional and polite. He even helped me with a few extra things we hadn't initially discussed.

Zak was on time,courteous, and got right to work...he told me upfront it would take about 2 hours to complete the job and it was almost 2 hours exactly...he ALSO did a few "extra" things for me we had not originally disscuss and he gladly did them for me...NO extra cost

He showed up without the tools to measure the project. Then didn't even give me the courtesy to tell me he didn't want the job, he just stopped communicating. If you don't get back to people then there is no customer service.

Zak kept in great contact with me from when he came out to do the estimate to when he came for the job (only 3 days later). I cannot believe the difference in how my house and windows look after he washed everything. I didn't think things would come that clean. He also did not use any chemicals and put in the time to make sure everything looked good and I was happy. I'll be working with him again for sure.
