Loose Ends

Just after the invoice was paid I found that a portion of the work was done incorrectly. When I contacted Randy about it I was told he would come back to fix it. That was 8 months ago, and after several reminders it never happened. He also never pulled permits, which was part of our contract. Steer clear.

Randy was amazing in addressing all my concerns and in a timely manner!

BEWARE! My best advice to find someone else. We hired Randy because he came recommended. What a nightmare. He is impulsive, lacks communication, and rushed through our bathroom renovation. He built a bathroom that was not up to code, and we had to pay someone else to come redo the entire project. Worst of all, he refused to assume any responsibility for his mistakes and refused to refund any of our money. Hire someone else!

Randy was fantastic. He showed up for our appointment on time and took the time to provide a nice detailed estimate. He was extremely reasonable so I hired him. He was responsive to all of my needs. He is very detail oriented when it came to his work product. His professionalism is something that has been hard to come by. I told him that I was extremely impressed on his commitment to the project. Once he completed the primary job I hired him for (installing attic stairs, painting and crown molding), I asked him to build a custom corner cabinet which he built himself and the end product exceeded our expectations. He truly does take pride in his work and he is extremely reasonably priced. I then asked him to put together a storage shed. I needed it completed by a certain time and he was so committed to getting it done timely, he came on Saturday and worked the entire day to get it done. Truly impressive as most contractors who I have worked with in the past, would not have cared and would have made me wait the additional time. With all of this being said, Randy has become the first person that I will call when I need anything done at my home. Loose Ends is the best!!!!
