Excellent job for a back patio

Unreliable

Patio looks great after it was finished! Did pavers and matched house elevation perfectly and nice level for water to run off,, but took a bit longer then expected.

A little slow on completion may be because they were so busy.

Fabulous! They were on time and answered all questions patiently. You could tell they knew their business!

I had an existing done-it- yourself patio job that put another business off. They didn't want to be bothered with the tear out. Lopez Bros. dove right in. They made sure there were no remnants of the previous ugly work. And accommodated my existing shrubbery which was important to me. The front of the house is transformed. They responded and bid the job promptly. Priced well enough that I accepted immediately. They completed it the next day. Cleaned up very well. I'm happy to recommend their service. My job was 9'x14'. Thanks guys!

On time, hard worker, wonderful final product, very reasonable price. We will definitely be hiring him for other projects!

They did a great job installing the pavers on the driveway and walkway. We have had many complements on it. Would definitely recommend them.

The actual patio work was very good. However, when complete one worker we didn,t recognize wanted the check made out in his name. I made check out in business name telling him I wasn't comfortable giving him a check in his name. I asked for a paid in full receipt and. Was told it would be sent via email. This did not happen even after calling them. They also never came to remove the forms they put in although we called again to ask them to come get them. This week we cut the forms up for trash after having removed them ourselves. Poor customer service.

Excellent work ethics from the owners and workers. Don't hesitate to hire the Lopez Bros. for all your concrete projects, as they do a very good job and no one will come close to their pricing. We had our driveway removed and replaced plus a pad put in the rear for our motor home. We are very pleased with the completed job and this company. We will use them again when needed.

I originally gave Lopez brothers a 5 star rating when they did my hacienda wall and landscaping. I was so wrong we had a few minor problems and they refuse to show up when they say the are going to come, had a $1300.00 palm tree that they promised to clean up and diamond cut when they planted in July also the tree is leaning and they stopped over one morning and dug up some of stones and then left and have not come back to fix it and it still has not been done, I have talked to Monica, Fernando and Adriel to try and resolve the problem. Now they are ignoring us completely. We paid close to 10,000 for this work and now that they have been paid, it seems they don’t care to finish up the job. So frustrated I called Home Advisor to see if they would intercede, which they did but still no response. Totally disgusted!

Amazing!!! a wonderful crew which arrived right on time and got to work. They were helpful with advice as to how to care for it and even offered us advice on some other issues in our yard....also went into detailing how long it would take before we....or our pets.. could walk on the cement. we learned a lot and we were so very pleased with this group. I would hire them again.

Fast initial consultation. Then got backlogged and didn't show on initial scheduled day, but when they did show work was good and fast
