Small Projects Painting or Staining
$400
They did a great job! It took a few days to get the job started, but only because it was an outside job and the weather was not cooperating. So glad we waited as we finally got a beautiful day with low humidity. Two brothers showed up and went right to work sanding my patio set. Primer dried quickly, and thanks to the weather so did the first coat. One more coats and they we done. They used a tarp on my patio so any drips were on the tarp and clean up was a breeze! Before and after!

Plaster Repair
I hired Brothers Alvarez to replace a damaged plaster ceiling with new drywall and repaint the entire room—and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and delivered high-quality work at a fair price. The crew showed up on time, kept the workspace clean, and finished ahead of schedule without cutting any corners. The new ceiling looks flawless, and the paint job brought the room back to life. It’s rare to find contractors who combine skill, speed, and affordability this well. I can’t recommend Brothers Alvarez enough. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects.
