Didnâ t call to have lines marked. Didnâ t think the gas needed shut off (MidAmerican was alarmed at that thought). Didnâ t file the permit until the 3 day in, after they had excavated and removed foundation block and found they couldnâ t get it inspected so they could poor concrete because permit (which can take two weeks) wasnâ t even applied for. And we have 3 days of serious storms started in two days. No way they can lift the house slowly and get it done before that now. Oh, but they are insured. Absolutely no comfort to me where I live and work and would not recommend. Lastly, poor communication/ updates on any plans.

Martin Lopez did an excellent job on the egress window. Install quickly and great quality. He went beyond by moving the dirt dug out to another part of the foundation that needed built up. Next he will be doing an old brick fireplace repair (inside the house) for us. Recommend him and great small business. Bilingual a plus for many.
