This is my second move with this company. I think they're great. Friendly, efficient and nothing broken. Angie in the office is helpful, patient and sooooo nice. I would and have recommend them for your move.

They were late and never reached out to tell me until 15 before they were supposed to arrive just to inform me they were 45 mins away. They over charged me and Damaged some of my items

We hired Lopez Movers to do a 3 miles move. During this time they damaged our furniture, broke our stone steps and damaged our asphalt driveway with their lift. I was told we had 3 months to file a claim. I sent A list and was told someone would look into it. My calls, emails and texts were ignored. I reached out to file a claim with their insurance and they completely ignored their claims adjuster and their insurance broker. I filed With the Better Business Bureau, where they ignored them too. I do not recommend they. If you want sloppy work and damaged items, they are your people. A quick search of their name shows how often they damage items. They are unprofessional and a scam. They also operate under another name North & South Hills Van lines.

They put me with another moving company unbeknownst to me called GreenLine Relocation, claiming that on the day of the move their truck broke down. GreenLine Relocation, broke a a lot of my things including a sleep number bed and an expensive armoire plus and lamps in the apartment. I do not recommend anyone using this company. It was a shady deal and experience.

I would certainly recommend Lopez Movers to others.

I was lucky to have contacted Lopez Movers after trying other moving companies. From start to finish Lopez Movers exceeded my expectations. Within minutes they provided a detailed list of the moving inventory with their corresponding very reasonable prices (compared to what I had received earlier from other moving companies). Angie from the Lopez Movers responded to my questions within minutes. I even took her time to locate a close donation center and she was glad to do it. I really felt I am corresponding with a close friend from start to finish. When it came to the moving day, Herbert and his team were very professional and very respectful to our quiet seniors building. Not a single piece of our furniture has been left without being securely covered and carefully handled. I will use Lopez Movers service again for my daughter's move and would recommend them to friends and relatives. Thank you Angie, Herbert and all the Lopez Movers team
