Wood Flooring - Refinish
He makes promises he wont keep, for example he says he will finish the project the next day and then he does not show up at all. The project should have taken him a week, at the most, and it took over 5 weeks. He required 1/2 down payment to start the job and a final payment when the job was completed, but he continued to ask for money during the process.
