I received a quote over the phone after I sent pictures. When the guy showed up to asses the damage, he left after 30 minutes to go to the store and was there for at least 30 minutes; and I was charged extra because of how long it took. I was not informed that it would cost more based on how long it took them to complete the job. If you are given a price you should honor that. It was not a big project. I was not told it was by the hour until after they finished and that's my fault.Next time I will do better on my research.

Mr. Lopez was quick to respond, communicated every step of the way and did great work in identifying a window leak problem I hired him for. He and his team did a great job clearing my roof gutters and patching the leak. I will be hiring him again for work on my screened porch.

Mr. Lopez power washed my house and cleaned my gutters. They were on my property over 7 hours, and stay until the job was done. They were professional and very thorough until completion. I would highly recommend Mr. Lopez and his team for any of the services he offers.

Gabriel came out to assess the damage to my fence and deck, and he fixed it the same day. He even built a new gate for my deck and stabilized some of the posts to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
