I highly DO NOT Recommend Lorain Chimney to work on your Chimney. They were suppose to return after working on the steps on my shoulder to seal up the new concrete and have been giving me the run around to finish the project. Plus there are already hairline cracks forming due to the incorrect mixture of cement and water. Save yourself the headaches there are plenty of more honest companies to choose from.

Came out when they said they would, got it done in 3 quarters of a day. they had matched mortar expertly which is not an easy thing to do, and they cleaned up well! they honored the estimate and did not try to up sell me. I would highly recommend!!!

The best...could not have been any better

Finished repair job looked great, they fixed my chimney and my front steps. My dad, who was here while they were, was impressed with their professionalism.

Recommended more than I originally thought I needed but I verified with a contractor friend that he was right and the estimate was appropriate. Also inspected the house and found other areas in dire need that Shaker Heights had not commented on.

They came exactly when they said they would be there, they were quick, efficient and did a very good job fixing a two and a half story chimney. They also went above and beyond during the job and spray washed my driveway, cleaned out a problem gutter spot "since they were up there already", fixed an outdoor faucet and took down an old antennae and removed it as well. I will recommend them to everyone.

They want money before doing work but when I refused they backed off & took payment after. Quoted 2 day job -worked 10 hours 1 day & said they couldn’t work the next day due to rain. Charged me for 1 1/2 days work.

They did an A+, more than 5 star job tuckpointing my chimney. They arrived on time and were as quiet as can be expected with the job they were hired to do.
