So far we have hired Armando and his crew twice, for a variety of projects. We have a lot of experience with handymen; I have owned over 40 rental properties, and have gone thru quite a few trades people over 30+ years. When I was younger I did a lot fo the work myself. I'm now older & retired, so I pays someone to do the harder jobs in my home; I no longer have rentals to worry about. The first day was sort of a test of the test of workmanship and prices. The second day had many more items on the list. He does excellent work quickly and for a very fair price. We are two older women and in later years we have experienced the "little old lady shuffle" as I call it. None of that with Armando. No BS, no price gouging, just quick, quality work and good prices. When presented with a challenge, he was creative in his solutions. If he couldn't do something, he was honest rather than doing an improper job (a quality I truly appreciate). He did numerous projects for us (including mainly electrical, mailbox installation, doorbell repair, caulking, installing grab bars, picture & mirror hanging, minor cabinet repair, cabinet installation etc). We are extremely pleased and will hire Armando for future work.

Armando was great and so was his crew. He was able to provide an estimate using photos and gave us a price for the entire job. The job consisted of removing cabinetry in a closet, removing shelving and prepping and painting walls in several closets for a new shelving system. His guys showed up on time, did very nice work quickly and were careful not to leave a mess. They dealt with some unexpected challenges (ceiling resurface and my own underestimating paint quantity) creatively and cheerfully...great to work with. They were also respectful of condo rules, which can be a problem with contractors! Armando was very responsive to my call, texts, and emails. I am sorry to say that I did not get to meet him, but hope to on the next project! By the way, he is a licensed contractor-good to know since condo associations sometimes require this. Thank you!

Armando accomplished in two days what we couldn't do in two weeks. He painted the living space in our new home. Installed all the light fixtures and fans. Mounted our TV. He was timely, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. He's our "GO TO" man for all our future projects.

We had a lot of different projects to do in the house we just bought. Hired Armando (Lorelei Contracting). He is a great guy, very talented engineer. He did a lot of electrical work for us, as well as painting, door installation, popcorn ceiling removal, and laminate floor installation. If you need a handy man, Armando is your guy!

Armando did a fantastic job enclosing my front porch with screens and a door. He communicated often prior to the project date to ensure we were both on the same page for the design and materials. He showed up on time and confirmed the exact details and demensions. Then completed the job and clean up quickly and thoroughly. Made sure to demonstrate the final product to ensure my satisfaction with his work. Additionally, he was the second cheapest of 5 quotes I received, and offered more options for the price than the cheapest. He also came out in less than a week of my first contact while others quoted 3-6 weeks. Most importantly, when I sent pics of the finished job to my wife, her text back to me had this to say: "And the porch looks great! I love it more than I thought I would!!" I'm a very satisfied client.

Armando did a great job at a reasonable price. He provided a very detailed quote for all the work performed which included floor tile, baseboard install, drywall repair, painting, shower tile removal and install and install of vanities and toilets. He completed the work in a reasonable time which will help us to move forward with selling our house.

We hired Armando to do multiple things to our home. He installed laminate wood flooring, installed barn doors, installed a backsplash in our kitchen, crown molding, chair rail , painting and wainscoating etc. He did a superb job. The work came out amazing. We are very happy with all of the work he did. He was professional at all times,, friendly and reliable. I have used this company in the past for a variety of household tasks, and they have always exceeded my expectations as far as quality and cost. In this case, even though it was a small job, they came out with helpers and had the ceiling fan done in 20 minutes at a very reasonable cost. With service like this, I will continue to use them for other jobs, large and small. Kudos to Armando.

In the past 6 months I have hired Armando to do a LONG list of items at my house. Exterior work has included: pressure wash and paint new 3-color scheme, refurb and repaint 5 carriage lights and one porch pendant light, repair back patio ceiling drywall, repair enclosure screen, replace screen door hardware, replace two existing flood light fixtures, add a third flood light fixture, install two new back patio ceiling fans, install new front door latch set, install new door bell pushbutton. Interior work has included: remove 1500 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring and glue, seal concrete floor with epoxy, and install new bamboo flooring; demo fireplace mantle, wall and hearth to prep for new stone fire place (by others); install new baseboards in all areas where new floor was replaced, relocate two in-wall speakers. rough-in new speaker wiring, relocate two receptacles, relocate dining room pendant fixture, replace all receptacles and light switches in area of renovation, install new screw-less wall plates throughout, remove partial height granite backsplash in kitchen and install new decorative tile backslash from counter to cabinet, install new shower heads in all bathrooms, misc. drywall repairs, paint living room, dining room, kitchen hallways, office, and laundry room new 3-color scheme. We are very happy with the work Armando has done for us. . About the only things he doesn't do is stucco and roof repairs. I would highly recommend him for your project.

Look for a local multi-tenanted handyman for your honey-do list. It's amazing! Much better than your honey can do

I went through 2 other , non reputable contractors before I had the pleasure of meeting Armando. I received bids from 5 contractors , Armando's wasn't the lowest but the best written and extensive. He showed up on time, usually early, cleaned up after his work, kept me informed of his progress and finished exactly when he said he would. He didn't try to sell me anything extra only issues he saw after starting. His workmanship was excellent , his ideas were spot on and his communication the best. he did flooring, tile, cabinets, counter top, painting, plumbing and electrical. I highly recommend his company and work.

I have hired Armando for many different types of projects. He and his team have performed in an EXCEPTIONAL MANNER. He is persistent. He will not make modifications. He insures that the work is done correctly. I highly recommend him for many different project: painting, electrical, cabinet work, etc. He does a fantastic job - EVERY TIME. All his work is done with great quality & at a good price. He'll put in the extra efforts to please you & did not charge us extra to satisfy us. We had a house to sell in Brandon, FL & we live in California & needed all the work done a month before to list it. He performed everything in a professional manner & paid attention to every detail - the tile job in the bathroom & hallway were remarkable! And also satisfied all the work for our Home Inspection Report we needed done. He's good in all the wood work. The painting in the interior rooms were outstanding with his taste for color, excellent! We would give them a 5 plus star rating review and recommend them to any one needing work on their house.

Great all around handyman. Just moved in and had a number of items that needed attention. Put in new larger sink, accommodated all the plumbing. Took out old light and fan fixtures, put in new ones. Put in fixtures in bath room, installed garbage disposal. Attentive, detail oriented, fair in pricing, sticks to his word. What more can you want.

Hired Armando to install French Doors for and framing for me. Very good communication and excellent finished product. Completed project in time frame established.

Fantastic response and timely. Completed an entire repainting of the interior of our home in just two days. Purchased paint at a discount. Armando and his staff did a wonderful job. I have had the opportunity to secure other services (installations of lights and fans, etc.) and the job was completed equally excellent.
