Loren Hartman Renovations, LLC

Excellent job, when the job was started it progressed very quickly We are very happy with the work done

I hired Loren Hartman to remodel two bathrooms in my house and was very pleased with the results and craftsmanship! He guided me through material selection, was very knowledgeable about bathroom design, and best of all, kept within my budget! It was my first ever remodel and went so well, I plan to hire him again for some additional remodeling projects.

5 star company, very pleased with the work done.. Clean and professional crew, work completed to my expectations which is not easy.. I will hire this company again in the future.. Thanks again!

The results of the bathroom renovation and new tile floor were mixed. Installation of the tile floor and the tile and bathtub/shower were fantastic. The drywall work and detailing around the new vanity were very amateurish and had to be redone after I complained. Loren did address the concerns for the most part but I'd have to say the results weren't as professional as I would have hoped. The work also wasn't done when promised which cost us some rental income.

Mr. Hartman is a honest, reliable, and thorough contractor. He attended to all our needs in a profession manner. My only complaint was our bathroom remodel took longer than expected but very happy with the outcome.

Loren is a good listener

We could not be happier with our bathroom remodel done by Hartman Renovations. This was a complete gut of the old fixtures, walls, flooring, etc. with new plumbing and electric needed. From the appointment to give an estimate to the final inspection, Loren was there to listen to our ideas and take care of what we needed to make the process as easy as possible for us. Now we have an updated and great looking bathroom thanks to Loren and his crew. We will be calling him for any future projects.

It took a lot longer to complete the project than planned. Most of that was my fault for changing some things and you can't always control when products are ordered that they will be in on time; not necessarily the contractors fault. Mr. Hartman was easy to work with and listened to me to understand what I wanted.
