Very prompt, professional and easy to work with. Had 4 month old carpet in a rental house, and the tenant ruined it. Jose brought it back to near new condition. Wasn't expecting this level of clean or stain removal.

Lorenzo is very focused on customer satisfaction. I think he really enjoys his work and it shows. He truly is as professional and courteous as other reviewers say and he did a better job than anyone I've ever had before. My carpets are white Berber and haven't looked this good since they were new. An excellent experience in every way!
