They cut too deeply into the grout and hit a water pipe. This resulted in ceiling damage and fan damage. We gave them 1/2 the agreed amount in good faith; they promised to come back and repair everything. We have not heard from them. The fan will cost $245, the plumber is coming tomorrow, and and do not have an estimate for the ceilings (1st floor and basement.)
