After I made final payment for completed permeable driveway, a few border pavers came loose that were set in concrete, some #8 stone washed out of some joints, and some damage was done to an adjoining brick patio which need a joint re-tucked. They promised to come out and make the repairs, per the contractual one-year guarantee, but never did. They just kept ignoring my messages asking when they might come out to make the repairs.

They did excellent work. Several neighbors said they re jealous and I m giving them Los Brothers number!

It was bad and quite disappointing. They said they would complete installing the paver patio in 5 days and it took them over two months. The sand they put between the pavers came coming out every time it rained. They had to power wash and remove the whole thing a few times. Then, they gave up and ended up putting cement on its place. Then, they used a cheap sealer that leaves a white haze over the pavers. At the time, patches of the sealer have turned white or come off and the patio looks awful. I called them for assistance and they could not care less. Even though they seem very kind and easy to deal with, beware - they ask for cash and once you pay them, they will not take responsibility over the work they have done! Now I am looking for a different contractor to fix the mess they left. Also, when they removed the sand with the power washer, they messed up the rest of my patio. Beware!!!

Los Brothers did a 25 X 40' patio including outdoor kitchen bar for our home. They are super to work with and Carlos as their lead is highly responsive and very customer focused. Patricia as the operations manager is also very professional. You can't bet their quality and pricing. v/r Col Jones
