One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired Ofelia to do a move out cleaning on 7/19/19, they cleaned the house, Ofelia ran it through her pay app on her phone and then went to the bank and cashed the check, she took my routing number and applied it to her her t mobile acct. and paid $327.50,I called Ofelia about the problem, LVM ,she did not call me back so I called the police, and I filed a Police report, what Ofelia has done could be fraud,

"HomeAdvisor called me and told me to call you and I called you to explain why I didn't answer your call and why that happened ok. I didn't do that in purpose ok. and I'm not fraud it was a mistake from the mobile company cuzi pay with the check that I got pay from you and I also gave my information of my. Bank and the company got confused on the account check and the routine number and I told the only one time I call my company, and they put the money back in to her account I been calling her, but she never answered me back yet and I send her the confirmation of the company that her money is back in to her bank account. But if she doesn't answer my call."

The price increased after I hired them. It wound up being pretty expensive and I felt I had no option but to pay at the late stage of last day cleaning ($400 for a 3 bedroom house), but the work they did was excellent.

"It was an empty house with 3 bathrooms and two bathrooms well I told her that if she wanted the windows clean, and she said yes and how much more I say for the cleaning is going to be $300 and for the windows $100 well she say no and I told her well I gave you a discount for Windows $60 and she said yes ok. and what I forgot was that the stove was very dirty and the refrigerator was dirty and I call her and tell her that the refrigerator and the stove I separate and she say yes how much more she said and I said $40 stove and $10 refrigerator And she said ok she'll give me $400 she put the price. And I gave her a good price. Ok."

The unfortunate part is that the proprietor is inexperienced in bidding and estimating. She bid a given price to complete the work, when agreement was reached on price and work was scheduled. She arrived on time and worked hard. However, she could not finish in the time she had allocated and would require her to return to finish. She asked for full payment as she needed the money for Dental appointment the following day, which was given plus tip. She subsequently called and said she would need the same amount of money already given to her to finish the job. Which I would not agree to and the results are job was incomplete. She is pleasant, friendly and hard-working but extremely inexperienced in this type of endeavor.

"Well thank you for your comment, and well, I worked 5 hours for $125, but he gave me $140 and I asked him that it was going to be $125 more for another 5 hours, but he did not agree with me I just want it to him well thank you it was my pleasure to meet him... and to let me know where I was wrong."
