Landscapers BEWARE! Los Gatos is my backyard nightmare. I have a � acre backyard that needed to be cleared and designed. Don�t get me wrong my backyard looks way better than it did. However, it looks more like my husband and I did it ourselves as opposed to paying professionals to get it done. The people at the company are very nice but the finished product is inferior. They did great with the spinklers. The point man told me I only needed two valves as opposed to three that the other company wanted... he was right. That saved about $100. They were not so great on the lawn. For starters, the large swaths of grass didn't show up... the machine cutting them was down so I got the normal size sods. I still have some unsightly gaps between a few of them. I imagine they will grow together down the road. Also, I was concerned that there would be bermuda roots that could develop and infest the new lawn. I was assured that the cutter took off enough to keep that from happening. Time will tell.

Did not show up when they said they would, one lie after another, never returned calls,three weeks and still have not completed job,I would not recommed talking with their (SALES Manager) Not my favorite person.

the workers did an excellent job on cleaning up my small patio area. they did it in very little time. i was very happy with them and would recommend and call them back. thanks again

Broken valve. Judged by service representative Ryan Briano to be so trivial that he repaired in for free in minutes.

called within an hour, came out same day and gave estimate. Work was done a few days later, excellent job , extremely polite and efficient crew. Very pleased

They wer \e prompt and fixed my problem quickley. The only issue I have is they have not presented me a bill yet, so I can pay for the work completed.

There wasn't much to do. Their price was pretty high, but I was satisfied with the work they did. And they were professional, on-time and courteous.

The workers were quick and professional and did a lot of cleanup ot the yard of things they were not involved in.

Knowledgeable

Ryan was at my residence the next morning at the agreed upon time time of 6 AM. He pointed out some things that were causing my problem. The workmen arrived in uniforms, worked very hard and did a great job. The supervisor, Osaldo, kept my informed a couple of times and I was very pleased. Initially I was concered about the price, after seeing and using the end result, it was money well sent....and I thank them.

Ryan Brianos and his crew did an excellent on our tree and was very informative on how to take care of it and the other trees inour yard. Thanks for sending him, Cody and Teri M.

Excellent completion of a home outside garden drain project. Project completed in a few days with quality parts.

Service provided: Simple tree pruning and staking Communication was very poor. Service took over a month to complete. Quality was poor - something as simple as tree staking was done poorly (used too many stakes - complete overkill for the size of the trees staked).

Ryan Briano and Victor Carrea responded immediately and came to my home the next morning to give me an estimate. I was satisfied with the estimate and they completed the job the same day. Ryan and Victor were very friendly and professional. The workers were quick and efficient, and did a good job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.

I spoke with Ryan Anthony Briano today about resod and concrete work as well, he is very professional and has lots of knowledge of his profession. I called him today and he came today on time price was very reasonable job due to start in 2 days will write review on complted job. Very pleased so far was not pushed into any contract no mumbo jumbo. Steve

quick response and fixed problem. Only negative comment is I was never told how much job/visit would cost. Would hire again, but cover costs up front upon inital visit, Be careful what you classify as "emergency" or non-emergency visit. Liked them tho.

Very fast response to a true emergency (blown vlaves and pipe with water gushing everywhere). Los Gatos, Inc arrived quickly, and got the water I had shut off working to the house while assessing the yard situation. They correctly identified the problems and made a number of recommendations all of which were reasonable and helpful. After agreeing to have the required work done, Los Gatos quickly obtained the necessary parts, made the repairs the same day and discussed everything with me to insure I understood all that was done. . I paid the bill promptly. I will call them again if I have a problem with our irrigation system.

They are very professional.
