I have a two story house with a very steep roof pitch. The wind ripped 5 ft of the vent and cap off my roof exposing the gap. With precipitation forecasted in 48 hours, I needed the gap covered before the rain. This was winter and there was still ice and snow in the valley of the roof, which makes it difficult to climb the roof and replace the vent and cap. Los Reyes Roofing answered my request for a quote less than half an hour after I made the request. Within two hours they came to my house, made a fair estimate, and started the work one hour later! Finished in two hours. This was in winter with ice and snow still in the roof valley. Two other roofing companies refused to go on the roof in those conditions. They were contracted to replace one roof vent and cap but did both vents and caps on the house for the original estimate. Excellent work and service. I will definitely hire them to replace entire roof when it needs to be replaced. Highly recommended.

I hired this contractor based on previous reviews, and they definitely performed up to their five stars. Jorge was very professional, as were his quote and contract. He showed up at the appointment time, sent me lots of pictures, and explained my situation in great detail (I live out of state and was not present during the work). He fit me into his busy schedule as my roof was in worse shape than I thought. He was courteous to my mother during the installation. I am the type of person to read reviews and base a lot of these types of decisions on them. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. Los Reyes did a great job at a fair price. They have a large number of workers who all know what they are doing and were able to finish both my home and garage, all before the mail came in the afternoon. They were all very polite and professional and made sure everything was finished correctly. Although they finished quickly, they would have finished even earlier, but my home had more damage under the old roof than they had anticipated, but they fixed every bad board before proceeding with the new roof at a very reasonable and previously agreed upon and fair additional cost. These guys are a new roofing company, but they have many years of experience and do a good job at a fair price. Definitely consider Los Reyes to do your roof.

I did a lot of research trying to find a company to replace our roof. Some were too expensive. Some were not available. Some didn't even get back to me. Los Reyes Roofing promptly returned my inquiry and were quick to come to the house to provide an estimate. They also gave us info from another customer who had hired them, and I was able to learn their experiences. The quote from Los Reyes Roofing was fair, and we quickly got the work scheduled. Jorge and his crew were at my house at 7:00 AM on the work day, and they were finished in the afternoon. (Granted it's a small ranch house, but still it was quick.) They cleaned up everything. The roof looks terrific. I would highly recommend them!
