First, know this company does NOT HAVE a BUSINESS LICENSE to operate in the state of Missouri, per the Secretary of Stateâ  s web site! Second, the ratings shouldnâ  t even be half a star! Our liner was full of divots and you could see the SHOE TRACKS where the installers walked all over the liner. The liner was inverted, INSTALLED INSIDE OUT! and there was a leak at the skimmer basket. Numerous phone calls to Mario were made where we were told the crew was on their way, or they would be there the next day, and my favorite, they would be there even if it WAS DARKâ  to see the leak on the skimmer basket???!!! I fixed the leak myself. We decided to have someone else fix the sand and the liner and when we called Mario to speak about a refund, we were told we hadnâ  t called him to fix the problem. Nope, because we wanted a pool to use THIS YEAR, not have a pool with problems all summer! He responds to texts, but when he doesnâ  t like you holding the line with requesting a refund on his poor workmanship, he quits responding. He hung up on my wife and refuses to take her calls, called her a Karen because she told him he is a poor businessman that doesnâ  t keep his word. He Insisted on cash, should have been our flag as to how things would go, and hasnâ  t refunded our money, even though we have a text message where he said he wanted to know what it was that we were asking for him to do regarding the situation. Thankfully, I have that in writing via text. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, who isnâ  t even legally allowed to do business in the state of Missouri!!!!!!

Mario is great at communication and getting the job done very well.
