Daniel Losh was very professional and was happy to take this job, even though it was a small one. We are currently talking to him about roofing our house, although as yet this has not been decided.

They replaced our roof in April and did a great job. They were supposed to come back to do our tool shed, patio roof, and some downspouts. About 5-6 times, we have been given dates they would come to finish. No one shows, no one calls to explain. All but once, I have had to call them back. Unfortunately, what started out as being happy with their work has been GREATLY tainted by extremely poor customer service and follow-up. It is completely non-existent.

I came across Losh Contracting by chance. I met with one of Marc's employee's that had finished up with my neighbor across the street. Marc was called and he came to my house within a half an hour. I had hail damage to my roof from past storm last summer. After visiting with Marc, I knew instantly that I had found my roofer. Marc and his crew did an amazing job on my house. They were fast and efficient. Marc went above and beyond and was able to have not only my roof done but was able to have insurance company approve to clean and paint my whole exterior, clean and stain my fence and screens. This was my 2nd new roof as the 1st was only a year old when I was hit with hail again. If I have damage again I will call Marc of Losh Contracting. They are the best and I know Marc will take good care of you as he did for me. He is a really great guy!

Daniel and his crew replaced a rusting gutter for us. They were very responsive and the work was complete within a week. They also went out of their way to help us decide which color most closely matched the other gutters, which was much appreciated.

Daniel Losh answered my request immediately and came to my house the next day. I had a small project but was treated as if it was a big project. He was very polite and explained everything to me with a video.

These guys are good. I installed new gutters, as builder gutters were not installed properly.

Very professional. Great pricing. Great customer service. Scheduled and completed the job quickly. This repair was not a large job (but it required custom carpentry work on the soffit and facia plus a new section of gutter that matched the original paint perfectly) and they still treated the job and us like as if we had done an entire house. We couldn't be happier and I will gladly use them in the future.

They were honest in saying my rain gutters only needed to be resealed and not replaced. That saved a lot of money!

Windstorm in April blew off a section of our roof. Losh came out immediately and gave us an estimate, worked with the insurance adjuster and had someone tarp the roof that same day. They said all they needed to get started was the deductible. We paid our deductible to them and they scheduled the work for the following week. Their crews came and did the work well, cleaned up well and overall did a good job. That's where the problems started. As soon as the crews showed up I was badgered every other day for the remainder of the money, which we were waiting for from the insurance company. The check arrived a few days later, and it had to be sent to our mortgage company for their signature. (This shouldn't be an unusual situation for them.) In the mean time, we're waiting on the final inspection. It failed twice, one for Losh not having a ladder present, the 2nd for a section of flashing that hadn't been adequately painted. A re-inspection fee was imposed by the City that before they would come back out and sign off on the work ($55.) While we were waiting on the check from the mortgage company, I proactively gave them updates of when it was sent (overnight) when we received it, when we had deposited it, and then got a cashier's check to pay them. As soon as I gave them the cashier's check I didn't hear a single word. The inspection and the flashing that had to be painted? I had to call and text them several times over the next few weeks... "it rained... someone would be there today... I called my guy... I promise they'll be there tomorrow" After calling incessantly over 2 days someone finally came out on June 29th and painted "something" I have no idea what because they didn't call back nor knock on the door to tell me what they were doing, let alone apologize for the COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE AMOUNT OF TIME THIS had taken. A text message from Marc at Losh indicated that the inspection would be scheduled, but the city was pretty backlogged. Oh and the re-inspection? On July 5th I called the City of Thornton to ask if there was any way we could be moved up in the schedule for inspection, which the city said they hadn't paid the re-inspection fee and had not made the effort to reschedule. They said they would contact Losh and ask them to get things taken care of. That was 10 days ago. I called the city again today and no, they had not made any effort to finish the job. My recommendation... they did fine work, but don't pay them in full until the final inspection is complete. Otherwise, you'll never hear from them again.

Losh Contracting did a wonderful job with replacing our roof within 2 weeks of the mid-June hail storm in Brighton. They also acted as our general contractor for painting, window replacement and other personal property damage. They walked around with the insurance agent to make sure all the damage was reported. David Maynard was the sales rep and he is fantastic. We were so glad we decided to go with a local company. They are hard workers and did a great job. You won't be disappointed.

Two men arrived in a timely fashion, unfortunately they had to work (for about 45 minutes) in a cold, steady rain. And, all they needed was one hammer, one ladder, and few new shingles (and 45 min's).

Dan and company really pulled through, and gave great service on repairing a roof leak. We had a rocky start as I had a roof that they did not specialize in however, they worked with me really well, and fixed my problem. I would definitely promote Losh Contracting .

All commitments were met. I was told what time they would show up and they did. They finished the job when they said they would. We will use them again for additional work.

Daniel Losh and the roofing crew were fast, efficient and thorough. Losh will also be replacing all my rain gutters, downspouts and some cedar panels on the front of my house.

Dan and his buddy, Mark, showed up and in a very short time, identified the problem from the previous roofer, contacted my insurance company for supplemental cost coverage, and scheduled the work for the next day. Outstanding folks!!! Good humor, intuitive, decisive, and thorough!
