Powerwashing
General Co has very good communication and follow through. They arrived as scheduled. Power washing the house was part of a deck restoration they did for me. They were careful and precise with the pressure washer. They took care to minimize any overspray or drift. They even hand scrubbed stubborn areas of the gutter facing. The vinyl siding and gutters they cleaned looked new after the service. I am very pleased.

Very unprofessional towards the end of the job. Promised to come back and do a walk thru before final payment. Walk thru never happened. Some spots on deck and fencing needs touch up, never happened. Clean up was poor. Left all the paper in my driveway. Got stain on my walkway, I'll have to clean up. Refused to call back to schedule follow up. It's been nearly 3 weeks and still no follow up. Sent text to some kid named Dawson this morning saying if I don't hear back be end of the day just call it closed and I'll have to finish myself. No word from him. Im kicking myself in the ass for making final payment without walk thru. Would I recommend or hire them again, that's a hard NO...

The workers that came out were so respectful. They put in so much effort to make sure the driveway, sidewalks and porch were so clean. I couldn't believe how dirty the water was. The house was washed also so clean now. This is the best company I have ever hired. Believe me I have hired a lot in the past year. New roof, deck, excavation company etc. This company really stood out above all!!

Christopher was a great worker so considerate and it was very important to him that everything be done the way I wanted. I was going to remove the chairs off my front porch and Christopher would have no part of that. He says no ma’am, he says I’ll get those for you. I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter person. He was just great.
