Very professional and took precautions to wear a mask and booties. He explained all the work he did and provided details. He never missed a call and would also answer to say he will call back if it was not a good time to talk. He was fair on price and explained the price breakdowns and or hourly rates, he was very thorough and punctual. Recommendation for this business is very high.
