Louis was very willing to work with me on changes to my project plans. I had them redo my garage floor because I had an inch of water pooling all over the place. They poured a new floor for my garage to drain out to the driveway with only a couple inches of slope to work with. Afterward, there was a small spot that pooled near the door. After all the payment was settled, he came back to cut a channel to drain it at no extra charge just to make sure I was satisfied. No water in the garage now! They also poured me a nice big patio in the backyard. Highly recommended.

Demolition
Louie contacted me within a few hours of my request. He quoted the job on Saturday and was on the job on Tuesday.The demolition of my very dangerously damaged garage went well, and even though we experienced thunderstorms and tornadoes during the demo, Louie finished the job the next morning. His pricing ,expertise and attitude are quite commendable.He will be my only call for any excavation or heavy contractor work.

I had Louie & Sons Excavating remove my pool, deck, and fence. Had them grade and slope the yard. They provided a detailed proposal with all items listed. Their work was excellent, I could not be happier. They are highly skilled equipment operators and are very easy to work with. If you need excavating work I highly recommend Louie & Sons Excavating. Excellent work at a fair price.

He changed the price after quote was submitted and after work was performed. We paid over double what was proposed, and that was after a site visit, plans and measurements. Some work was left incomplete.
