Louis and his team replaced rotted trim around our garage and treated other areas on the house to prevent rain damage. Louis communicated with us regularly to update the status of the estimate and the work, gave us a good price, and completed the work on schedule. We were happy with the results and have asked him to work with us on other projects at our house. We recommend!

I don't want to start this review with the old cliche, "I wish I would've found Louis Home Services before I hired someone else." However, this is one of those situations, but I won't repeat it lol. As a new investor, closing on my first property in April, I have hired a few contractors. Louis and crew are by far the best! Louis and his crew are so personable and honest. When I say honest, they don't try to upcharge you, like most of the contractors I've used. It's actually the opposite; they actually saved me money by fixing little issues that was left behind from other contractors. Not only is the work impeccable, but I've also learned a few things from Louis and crew that are invaluable and will assist me in moving forward with my real estate investing.
