Within 12 hours of my request, Lou was able to come to my house and check out the property and give me advice on my upcoming backsplash project for my kitchen. I showed him my PINK bathroom that I had been dragging my feet on and he gave me all the advice and quoted a fair and competitive price to get the job done. Literally five days after my initial request, my bathroom project is complete. He is efficient and knows his stuff. I had an initial vision, Lou combined that with his expertise and made my bathroom something I can't take my eyes off of. I can't thank him enough for his thoroughness and honesty through the project. He's an honest and pleasant guy, 10/10 would recommend. I had Lou repair and rehab out front stoop. Stucco and brick work. Lou was quite expert and pleasant to work with. He identified important parts of the project to assure completeness. My full recomendation! He came when I was on deadline to get the work done and accommodated my schedule on short notice.

Lou completed a tile project in my kitchen with new subway tile backsplash. He provided different options and suggestions with the project. All was completed in one day with a return for the final grout work one day later. I would highly recommend him for any project!

Lou did a fantastic job on our new countertop tiles. Our designer wanted the tiles installed at 45° and Lou installed them beautifully. Lou and his team are easy to work with and his prices are reasonable. I recommend them highly.

Lou Zottola is a true craftsman. His attention to details began with the initial conversation and continued through till the end of the project. His tile and grout work is absolutely precise. Lou worked with my budget, Clearly explained every step of the process and left my house always cleaned up.

Lou and his Dad did a great job with my kitchen backsplash. Lou was very professional, called me quickly and scheduled the work within a week. When they arrived he wanted to increase the quote by about 30% to $1,000, which I did not agree to, so he did the job for his original estimate of $750 which I appreciated. It was about 25 sq ft, or $30/sf which seemed a little high for such a small area. Still, I would recommend him for sure.

When I put my job requirements into HomeAdvisor, Louis contacted me immediately. At the time, the options I was juggling were using a contractor I was already talking to, using my cousin who is a real estate developer, or doing it myself with the help of my friend who does tiling work. Ultimately, I went with Louis, and my rating of his work should tell you how well that went. He showed up early on the days we were scheduled to meet. He had the whole tiling portion of the job done in less than 2 hours and then came back a few days later and had the grouting done in just over an hour. The bathroom looks good as new, and he charged me a very fair price for the whole job. I would wholeheartedly recommend Louis for any type of work he performs.

They are very professional and work is clean and amazing. No Surprises. They were very punctual and always called when they will be arriving at work and always reached 10 minutes before. They went above and beyond to fix the issues. From start to finish we had no issues with them and maintained a high level of professionalism. The tiles they installed looks absolutely fantastic! Work was clean. After two weeks, they called to check if everything is ok, who does that? I highly recommend them for tile work.

Lou responded very quickly and was able to complete the backsplash that same weekend. He was detailed and neat, very happy with the kitchen. He was fair in the estimate. I added an additional small project in two upstairs bathrooms, did not give it the same attention to detail and a little over priced for the end result.
