Craig pointed out the issues that need to be fixed now and suggested things for later. I never felt pressured to purchase additional services. I was appreciative of his honesty and his expertise. "The customer knew of all charges way ahead of time and stated several times that the price was very fair. So much so that she had her daughter call us to discuss the process of a chimney sweep. She was also informed of the cost of the service. She was very pleased with our knowledge of the service we offered and hired us to do the job. Upon arrival and as we began to do the work I communicated with the client that her damper was broken (bolt and hinge bent ) and was not opening all the way. I informed her that we could repair it for $60 rather than order her a new one for $180.00. She agreed so we fixed that also. Something to note also."
