Fastest return call I think I've ever had. Right time, right place I guess - lol. This house use to be my grand parents house. Built in the 1940's, 50's I'd bet. Had a couple curve balls my installer wasn't aware of but they handled everything like professionals. We walked everything out. Discussed locations for the cameras and they jumped right into it. Once the job was completed we went through a couple things at the main unit and then walked everything outside again. I had 8 cameras installed, it is a Lorex system. Shout out to Lorex - really nice set-up! All 4 installers were super nice and friendly. They even entertained my fluffball pomeranian Chevy that wanted to play for a bit. Now for what everybody always wants to know - price. I didn't get multiple estimates - I was. But his return response impressed me. His price seemed very, very reasonable to me even with the couple of curve balls I kinda felt like I owed him more. I'd have to say it was a complete pleasure doing business with them from beginning to end. Thanks Louisiana Security for a job well done! Byron.

Jacqueline was extremely helpful in explaining all my options regarding a security camera system. Once we determined what was best for me, she promptly had a crew out to my house to install them to my liking. Will definitely use for future security needs!

I put in a request to have some surveillance cameras installed. About 20 minutes later I received a call from a very kind woman. She scheduled an appointment a few day out. She called me a day later and was about to get me scheduled sooner. My appointment was for Wednesday at 4pm. I am being honest when I tell you they arrived at exactly that time to get started. I ended up not reinstalling the cameras I already had because they was outdated. I was offered a great deal on four new cameras and a monitor that was unbeatable. These guys are very professional and they know their stuff. I high recommend them. Thanks for the great work I am highly satisfied.

they came exactly when stated and although the job ended up being more complicated than anticipated they did not try to charge any more than the agreed upon price. They were very professional, left everything clean, explained the system throughly and have taken the time to reexplain on phone after the fact. very friendly and professional and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a security system.

I received a call from Keith Rambach with Louisiana Security,LLC from Slidell on Thursday 4/25/18 . Called around 8;00am and he left a message. Around 9:30 am a lady called and said the quote that I got from Keith was incorrect. Keith called after 2;00 pm and said he didn't quote that price to me. Very disgusted with this company and will share this.
