Removed a large termite-infested sweetgum and a smaller tree too close to the slab. Proximity to buildings required use of a crane. Work was done as per scheduled by very professional crew. Careful attention to avoiding damage and cleanup. There was no damage, even to adjacent plantings. Cost was well within reason for the complexity of the task that included a crane, bucket truck, bobcat and stump grinder.

Cut down and removed a sweetgum without damaging so much as a leaf on any of the nearby shrubs. Ground away the stump and left a smooth flat place ready for landscaping. They were courteous and professional and the price was reasonable for the work involved. Highly recommend.

Their project for me was downing a large tree with pervasive roots (what a mess), removing the stump, and cleaning it all up. The three-person crew worked together efficiently and quickly. Jay and his crew showed up when promised and completed all the work at the agreed-upon estimate. Jay is a true professional - knowledgeable, honest, genuine, and trustworthy. Jay and his crew came in and trimmed 4 crape myrtles, cut down a palm, cleaned up the yard so that it looks better than it was and were gone in less than 1/2 a day! If you care about having beautiful trees, call LA Tree Service.

Estimate and proof of insurance were produced promptly. Pruning work on several crepe myrtles, small magnolias, and a large water oak was done quickly and efficiently. The crews were careful of existing plants and clean up was spotless.

Felt like I wasn't being conned. Jay told me what needed to be done and the cost for doing it. No doubt I could have gotten it cheaper with a different vendor, but at what eventual cost. On the other hand,, Jay emailed a copy of his liability insurance and workers comp coverages as a sign of the competency of himself and his company. I'd give him a 10 if I could.

I obtained 5 estimates to remove what was essentially a stump with no protruding limbs since Entergy had taken the limbs off and topped out the tree so it would not fall on their lines. Jay sent me all the documents immediately be email as to insurance and then came out himself and gave us what I considered the best quote because I was not in a hurry since there was no immediate danger of the 20' stump falling and since I wasn't in a hurry he worked me in at his convenience and did an excellent job of removing the tree and grinding the stump. I will certainly call him first the next time I need a tree removed.

I have used them twice for a last minute job with tree root problems which affected my plumbing. They were right there for me and again taking a tree down when I was scared with some severe weather coming through. They have the best price and did a great job. I'm definitely using them again.
