They were friendly and courteous, here when they said they would be, did the work promised in the time frame promised with good clean up after the job was finished. Even my husband who doesn't care about aesthetics, just that the roof keeps out the elements, said that it was a much better looking roof than the old one. If you need a new roof, and want it done right, I definitely recommend Louisville Roof Repair & Replace!

From the representative who called on me initially, a Mr. Drew Edgell, to the ladies I dealt with in the office, Rebecca (I think) and Laura, to the men who did the work everyone seems wonderful. I highly doubt you will find a better company for your roofing and gutter needs. I talked with 3 other companies before Louisville Roof. Cameron came in, inspected everything, listened to what we were wanting, and beat the other's prices without even knowing what the others were charging. Call Louisville Roof 1st and save yourself some time.

Basically I did not get what I was charged for, I paid for higher quality materials and they got the low quality for cheaper. Had I not checked the materials that were used, I would've been charged the whole price instead of getting some money knocked off like they did after I caught it.
