OMG, these guys are PERFECT! Best of the Best and 2nd to NONE! Came to my house, determined that I needed a new AC and Coil, contacted the warranty company, and Wa-La! Bam! I was approved for a really nice and QUIET Goodman system! I also asked them to quote me a new furnace that I would pay for out of pocket (my choice), and the quote was LOWER than I expected! Ms. Patricia was so friendly, and professional when we talked. She kept me informed along the way, and I felt like I was in great hands with Loumis. On install day, Clinton and his team were very professional, friendly, courteous, careful, and did everything by the book! The BEST quality that I have EVER seen from an HVAC company!!! Big High Five to Loumis Air for making this the most pleasant experience anyone could experience. THANK YOU!!!!

Loumis Air more than exceeded our expectations. They came out the same day we called to report our air conditioning issue! The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it and answered every question we had! We can’t say enough great things about Loumis Air!

Loomis met and exceeded all of my requirement and expectations. 1st I live out of state thus throughout the entire transaction/installation we communicated via cell phone and email. I needed a fast diagnosis bam they were there in two days. Together we determined more cost effective longterm to replace unit. Living in Colorado the cost for installation of same Goodman unit was $2,000 more. So Loomis was cost effective, installation was flawless and customer satisfaction thru the roof. Top it off they asked if I wanted ac unit anchored to platorm? We live on water and got hit hard by Ida. I said yes how much? Drum roll please. No charge. Sorry to be long winded however I have written my fair share of poor reviews for service and products. With that said great companies need kudos when they excel at their jobs. Thanks again and when my daughters two ac units need replacement you will be our first and last call. Karl

he did a great job! A/C Went out over the weekend. Most places wouldn't answer or return calls but Loumis did! A soon as the part was available on Monday, he was here as promised and we were up and running in no time. Highly recommend.
