WAS A PERSON THAT ANSWERED QUESTIONS, EXPLAINING THINGS ABOUT MY FLOOR I NEVER NEW. HE EVEN GAVE ME A LOW AND HIGH BID, SO I NRE HE WAS THE ONE.

Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
Lou is timely and reasonable "however" I just had the opportunity to unwrap my carpets he cleaned. My high cost oriental carpet is stretched due to the way he folded it in half upon delivery. The shams which he noted not to clean since they would discolor turning brown are now white, tan and in one section red-(damaged). The other carpet I just started to unwrap last night and still matted with cat hair like its not cleaned-will confirm today and also had a crum of food on it. At this point I dont think it was actually cleaned. I will call Lou to discuss these issues. At this point I am not happy and now want to see how Lou responds.
