Oksana and Yulia (and the customer service rep) were absolutely amazing! I had an unexpected emergency when they arrived and couldn’t greet them, so I gave them instructions to enter through the back door while I was in the ER. Despite my loud dog barking, they came in and did a thorough deep clean that made me feel like I’d walked into a brand-new home.
I’ve had standard cleans from other companies before, but after reading their reviews and calling around, I was most impressed by their clear communication, smooth coordination, timeliness, and pristine attention to detail. I can’t recommend them enough — truly top-notch service!
