They have cleaned my wool carpets a couple times and does a great job. Brian is also very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend Lovejoy carpet.

This company is wonderful. It is a family business and they have old fashioned wonderful manners and perfectionism. They went above and beyond. You rarely find this high of quality customer service anymore. They blew me away.

Wonderful service & experience! Bryan was great to work with. Scheduled next day service and arrived on time. Cleaned 2 rugs which were soiled by our dog and a high-traffic sectional sofa to look like NEW. Products have a fresh, natural scent which dissipated quickly. So happy to have found Lovejoy Carpet Care. They will be my go-to from now on!

Wow! There are not words sufficient enough to tell you how incredibly happy and satisfied I was with the work that LoveJoy Carpet did. We needed to have our carpets in our walk-out basement cleaned. They were such a mess as that's the area where my son, 22, and his friends hang out. I have had Stanley steamer in a few times and I was so dissatisfied. This time we called Lovejoy - I found them on google and liked the idea that they a local company as well. Loveyjoy's son came to clean our carpets. He was so polite and considerate. I felt so at ease. I showed him the rugs and he said I am sure we can make them look better :) Better - they look AMAZING! He got out all of the wear and tear, the stains, the smells... I am so pleased and satisfied with the service we received. We were going to put in hardwood floors because we thought the carpet was done... well that's not happening - our carpets look so good and clean! Thank you Lovejoy. Very professional! Showed up on time and quickly cleaned old, stained carpets to look like new at an extremely reasonable price!

I contacted Mr. Lovejoy on an emergency project. The closing on my home was the next day and the new homeowners were planning to walk through the house at 4:00 p.m. That morning, inspecting the house for the last time, I unknowingly tracked in some grease on my newly cleaned family room off white wool rug. I contacted Mr, Lovejoy at about 11:30 a.m. (after calling two other places). He said he would be available at 1:30 p.m. He arrived at 1:25 p.m., removed the grease spots and cleaned the spots on the rug, leaving the rug in excellent condition for the new homeowner walkthrough at 4:00 p.m.. I was impressed by his responsiveness and the quality of his work.

Bryan and his company are a locally owned small business and he treats your house and its furnishings like his own. Our furniture and carpets come out clean and fresh when we have him come or drop them off at his location. Weâ ve also had him clean entryway and bathroom tile, with great results. Heâ s super responsive, really friendly and we are so glad to have found him. Highly recommended!

On time, professional, got stains out

Lovejoy was professional, accomodating, cost efficient and took care of TERRIBLE pet stains.

Brian showed up exactly when he said he would. Very cordial. Quality of work is superb. Quite while doing the work. Paid attention to detail. Had 3 rugs in rooms done. 1 set of stairs and 2 large couches. Price I thought was fair...considering the labor and all. I would use the service again.
