This company is local. They responded quickly to provide me a a quote. The quote was what I expected. Within a week my electrical project was completed wand I could not be happier! Thank you Lovelady. I appreciate the professionalism of your staff and the work that they did!

They came out and gave me an estimate and once we made an agreement, they came back on time and did the job. Cleaned up everything and were done in a timely manner. Did a great job all the way around.

I hired Jeremy to install light outsides on a sensor, he came out did the work and I paid him, the lights need to be adjusted because they hardly come on, , I called Jeremy about 4 weeks ago to see if he could come out, I have not heard from him, I have called several times, no response

Found two of our problems and corrected them within minutes of the the appointment time. Added additional lighting in garage and fixed the broken light fixture in a short time and was very reasonable in their charges.

Electrician was here for 1 hour and then gone an hour for parts, as proof ring doorbell. I was charged 200 an hour and their going rate is 122.00 an hour. I have talked with Jeremy the owner he promised to check on it and call me back, he has not returned my calls and now I cannot get in touch with him. Filed complaint number 99866-002 with Alabama state Attorney Generals office . About two months later received a letter stating, individual /company has obviously indicated an unwillingness to cooperate with this office. ....It is suggested that you may want to consult an attorney....********************************************** Several weeks after the repair, the heat pump stopped working. the AC tech came out replaced the unit at a cost of 7000 dollars. About June 5th, when the building inspector came out to sign off on the permit for the heat pump installation. He discovered the 60 amp circuit had been hooked to the smaller unit, and the 30 amp circuit hooked to the larger unit , which caused the large unit to burn out, due to not enough voltage.

They were quick to respond and were able to install the same day as quoting. I had a switch installed for a garbage disposal. They were slightly above the average cost for this kind of project but it was still reasonable and we were time sensitive. We would recommend these folks to our friends.

They were quick to respond to my request for a bid and installed a new home generator to replace the one I had used for over 22 years. The price was higher than I expected but probably in line for the work completed. They registered the warranty wrong and it took a couple of calls to Generac to correct the problem. The owner was very pleasant and professional to deal with and I am sure if there is an issue with the unit they will respond quickly.
