When they show up to clean, they do a great job for a good price. However, they have a tendency to fall off the face of the earth. Like literally - no answer on the cell phone, no answer on text, no callback. So, very hard to schedule. They have also canceled on me three times- once with guests coming and not enough time to hire someone else.
