We started using LHH about 6 months ago every other week. Service has been professional and thorough. Ruth is kind and easy to trust. Definitely recommend.

She did nothing that we talked about. I told her we needed cleaning and organizing. She said that is her specialty and we agreed upon a price. She came with a helper who did not want to work. And Ruth complained the entire time. I had to leave before she completed the work and my husband stayed at the house. All the baseboards were still dirty, she did not have time to organize any of the cabinets or closets, the bathroom was still dirty. I Zelled her the money before I was unable to inspect it. When I got home I was like what did she do besides mop the floor and wash a couple of dishes. I called her the next day and told her about our displeasure and she apologized saying that she was really tired. And that we can a refund of the portion of the money since the job was not done properly. A week later I get an email from my bank saying she did not claim the money. I asked her what did she want me to do with it and she said CashApp. I told her that I will send the money minus the refund amount. She became very rude and belligerent, yelling that we are very bad people. If she is too old and tired to work maybe she should retire. Iâ m paying her what her work was worth. I would not book this lady.

Maria was wonderful. I havenâ t been able to keep up with housekeeping for quite a while, which was rather embarrassing..but she assured me it was fine and did a great job which made me feel better. Will be seeing her again!

My home hadn't been cleaned in many months. Maria and her assistant worked for three hours, and did a thorough job in cleaning the hardwood and linoleum floors, cleaning the kitchen/bathroom sinks and counters, and dusting the furniture. She brought her own supplies. She was on-time, and quite easy to work with. I will have her come back on a regular basis.

SHE IS QUESTIONABLE, SHES NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS SHE IS VERY BOSS, PUSHY AND ARGUMENTATIVE. SHE QUOTED ME ONE PRICE 60$/PT AN HOUR JUST FOR LIGHT CLEANING. SHE WANTED TO CHARGE 240 DOLLARS JUST FOR SHOWING UP. I WROTE A CASHIERS CHECK TO HER BUSINESS AND SHE SAID THAT IT WOULDN'T CASH BECAUSE HER BUSINESS ISN'T PROFESSIONAL AND QUESTIONABLE.

Maria did an excellent job in cleaning my condo and she is coming back next month. I am expecting this to be a monthly occurrence.

Maria is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She did a very thorough cleaning and added certain areas, which none of the other cleaners had ever covered. She was very personable, and we felt very much at ease with her. We look forward to working with her every two weeks for many years. maria walked into a recently renovated house and although we unexpectedly had no water she managed to make our house beautifuly shine. We hired Maria for one time big cleaning and she did a great job- now we have her back on a regular basis. She is a hard worker and will use natural cleaners at my request which I love since I have a young child.
