Everything was excellent...from the helpful people in the office to the men who picked up and delivered my carpet... and wow! My beautiful oriental rug looks brighter and more beautiful than ever! I especially want to compliment the men who picked up my carpet for taking the time to roll up my pad and put it in a safe place. The men who picked up my carpet and delivered it, wore masks, removed their shoes and were very polite. Iâ d give them 10 stars if I could

Our carpet had ten grandchildren , and it was starting to look WORN , two still not potty trained so we didnâ t want to replace..Jonah came and worked his magic and Iâ m truly thrilled. It looks like itâ s just been installed. Good companies are only as good as their people and Jonah gave our playroom a total make over and we re so happy .He s worth his weight in gold. Thank you.

I just received my oriental carpet back from Luv n Kare. The carpet was cleaned, the sides were resurged and fringe was replaced in areas that it was missing. The rug is about thirty years old. It looks better now then it did when it was new. Very , very pleased. Would highly recommend them.

I needed the carped stretched due to water damage. I was told that it would not be possible to stretch the carpet, but after I suggested to stretch in vertical direction, job was performed, and satisfactory.

THERE ARE NOT ALOT OF PLACES THAT WILL COME TO FIX A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CARPETED ROOM .. BUT THEY DID WHICH WAS AMAZING ... AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB ... NICE PEOPLE ... TOTALLY WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE
