Brian starts off by telling you he will do everything you need for a great price - he undercut all other bids on a complete garden overhaul at my home. But... it took months to accomplish (there were always excuses as to why he could not show up and complete the job), there was significant cost growth (oh, you wanted that area included in my quote? well, it wasnt, so, it will be an additional $XXX), and there was significant cleanup after he left. Had to threaten to sue him just to get this simple garden job finished after ~4 months of occasionally showing and doing work! Overall not impressed, and I recommend looking elsewhere even if the cost goes up.

Right now in my eyes this guy is a crook, he has not provided the materials I paid for and not answering my calls. Honestly I have to cut ties with him, he now owes me and his sod supplier money.
