We are so impressed with the punctuality, courtesy, and commitment to excellent service by Herber and Clay. It was a difficult installation and they were committed to making sure it was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Even though the installation was more demanding than originally quoted, they stuck to the price quotation. I cannot recommend them more highly. This is a veteran owned and operated company and they provided excellent service and work.

Herber and Clay came to the house on time (actually a bit early which I said would be preferable) and got right to work. They kept me up on what they were doing and made sure I was in agreement. Clay and Herber worked well together and were very efficient. Overall both Clay and Herber did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

We had a few scheduling issues, but once they arrived they were absolutely helpful, great to work with, and affordable. Would highly recommend!

Although there were some issues with communication, scheduling, and customer service when the actual technicians came out (on two separate occasions) they were both wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, and assuring. I almost cancelled my service because of the customer support person, but I'm happy that I didn't because the work that was completed was A-1.
