Door or Window Screens - Install or Repair
Tech came out and counted screens. Price was discussed and agreed upon. Paid half. Tech came out and started project. After repeated late appts and excuses of not being there. Job was completed after 11:00 at night. Tech told me the company ordered screens wrong and he had to rebuild on site. This morning I inspected job done. 3 screens missing and the rest were not done correctly. Screens either wrong size, warped, or haven?t been trimmed. Messaged and tried to call owner. The response is that the tech isn?t comfortable coming back out. The owner refuses to call me back and said I?m to blame for interfering. Not sure what to think at this point. His worker is lying and owner is not willing to come out and inspect his own workers terrible job. Please take this company off your website. Angie I thought was reputable. As this company is anything but that. How did they get 5 star reviews? I will not be using Angie again if these are the companies that use you.

"We?re sorry to hear you feel this way. The scope of work was reviewed, priced, and approved prior to starting, and our technician completed the job accordingly. During the project, there were repeated instances of interference that impacted the work being performed. Due to those conditions, and the interactions that occurred on site, our technician is not comfortable returning to the property. At this point, we consider the project complete and will not be scheduling any additional service at this location."

Anthony and his team did an outstanding job removing a tree from my yard. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. Wood Fence Repair
The guy that came out did a great job. Very professional. He replaced multiple pickets and my gate now opens and closes perfectly. Me and my husband are very happy with the work Lowder Property Services did.
