They never followed threw on the project, after making a few phone calls to find out when they would show up. I hired someone else. I will never call them again. Very unreliable.

Appeared on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They installed a ceiling fan and replaced the GFCI outlet. Fans will wobble if not installed well. This one has run perfectly for 3 months so far.

Hired them for 2 repairs and they blew us off on 3 separate occasions. Completely did not show at all despite us reconfirming. Drove all the way out from Boston 2 hours for this last one. On all 3 occasions they said oh we thought it was a different day . Do NOT use. Enormous waste of our time and completely unreliable

They stand by their work and products. I had a sensor light installed approx. 9 months that suddenly stopped working. I called them to let them know. They were at my house within one day to replace it at no charge. It wasn't their fault that the sensor was faulty. They are terrific!!!!

They showed up on time and were friendly and very professional. When you do a remodel, stuff pops up unexpectedly and they responded to the situation. My carpenter needed some wires moved that were not planned on. I called Lower Cape and Bill sent his guy here right away so we could keep our project going. That happened three times, and they responded all three times...

Two electricians came the next day because my lights were blinking throughout the house. I didn't realize how serious. He checked everything out and we contacted my vendor. They oversaw the a vendor connection. They installed outside lights, and installed a plug for a newly installed gas stove. They even went the length to purchase a better light fixture for outside. They were client oriented and professional. Impressive... I have not received a bill as yet.

Lower Cape Electric was very responsive and they performed the work very professionally. We had some additional work that they had to do for us. I have not received the invoice yet; therefore, I am unable to be more accurate on the question of value for money.
