This was a heating/furnace Air Duct CLEANING (not an "Install") project. The choices provided by the HomeAdvisor website do not allow for a specific enough description; thus, the categories chosen are as close as the website allows. Louise called 20 minutes before the 8:00 AM appointment. He showed up on time. Louise was courteous, friendly, efficient and professional., Louise took "before" and "after" pictures of the duct work. He sanitized the duct work after doing the cleaning . Because I'd paid a discounted price through other company, the air duct cleaning was a good value for the money. I tipped Louise $10.00 before he left. I regret not tipping him more.

it was limited but that is what I paid for... If you want SCRUBBED air ducts you should probably go to Duct works but you'll pay double. I got what I paid for and that's ok with me.
