Troy was helpful and didn't try to upsell me with something I didn't really need. He showed me the system and explained that this should be enough for what you're looking to do.

I had Lowmaster upgrade my 30 year old security system. They put in new key pads and a new security panel at a reasonable price and they were able to reduce my monthly monitoring charge. Troy Senn has over 30 years of security technical experience and is friendly and easy to do business with. I highly recommend him for your security needs.

Troy was responsive, timely and thorough. I am very happy that the system could be retro-fitted in my new home at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Lowmaster.

I asked Troy if they could readjust the camera position and the reply was "when we're in the area on a weekend we will give you a call." I have not heard from Troy since his text message.
